What is Advent?

Advent means "coming." This is the four-week season of waiting and anticipation leading up to Christmas as we prepare to celebrate the coming of the Son of God. The Scripture readings remind us God's of gracious promises to send us a a Savior.  Here's a brief video on what it's all about.
